The price of your caravan holiday includes passes into the Butlins Skegness Resort for all members of your party.

A £50 non-refundable deposit must be received within 7 days of making the booking.
This payment will secure your holiday and a receipt for the deposit will be sent to you along with a balance statement.

 

The final balance for your holiday will be due 6 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
Please note a reminder will not be issued for this payment. In the event that your payment does
not reach us by the due date, we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.

 

In addition to the cost of your holiday a £50 refundable security bond will be charged.

The security bond is refundable upon full satisfactory inspection of the caravan.
(No damage or loss and that the caravan is left clean & tidy as found) Charges will apply where extra cleaning is needed. If breakages are not reported to CJ's Holiday Homes at the time then repairs or replacements will be charged to the hirer. This includes all nursery equipment.

 

If you need to cancel your holiday after the balance has been paid and providing it is with in 6 weeks prior to your break then you will be charged you 30% of the total amount to cover administration costs. After this time no refund will be given.

 

The Check-in time is 3.00pm & Check-out time is 10.00am.

 

On the day of departure, you must vacate your caravan no later than 10.00am and the caravan
should be left in a clean & tidy condition as found. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakages or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay.

Prior to departure, keys must be returned to Guest Services. Failure to do so may result in loss of security bond.

 

No smoking or pets allowed in caravan. Anyone found smoking or having pets could be asked to leave with no refund.

 

You are advised to check the inventory on taking over the caravan. We are unable to accept responsibility for any defects or losses not reported to ourselves within 24 hours of your arrival.

 

We the owners will not be liable for any injury or death, loss of property, damage suffered by the hirer or any member of your party, your belongings are also your own risk during your stay.

 

We can provide a pushchair, travel cot, bed guard and high chair but these will be used at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for injury or loss. These are our own personal property so please use carefully and fully clean them after use so that they are clean for our next guests thank you.

 

Butlins Skegness is a family holiday park and anyone in your party who’s unreasonable conduct or behaviour causes a nuisance to any other persons on the park will be asked to leave immediately and no refund given.

Butlins will not accept groups of all male/female parties under 30 years of age.

 

Some Butlins facilities/entertainment may not be in operation during off peak season periods
for which we have no control or influence over and do not accept responsibility for at any time.

 

Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to responsibility beyond our control,
we will inform you and an alternative accommodation or date will be offered to you or a full refund.

 

We cannot accept liability for alterations to Butlins facilities and resort from those advertised.

 

Please note:
Ensure all nursery equipment, ie pushchair, highchair, travel cot etc is left clean & serviceable

Any faults or breakages which are not reported to ourselves CJ's Holiday Homes at the time will be charged to the hirer.
